Garlic Press was founded in 1974 by Stan Collins, a public school teacher in Oregon. Garlic Press books are no-nonsense and straightforward, intended to teach mastery through practice. The titles are targeted for on-level students, homeschoolers, older learners needing to refresh skills, or progressive self-learners.
